From Wall Street to wash day—Curl Junkie® was born from one woman’s leap of faith and a lifelong love of curls. 💥

Hi! I'm Marsha and in 2004, I left the corporate grind behind and enrolled in a top NYC beauty school to chase my childhood dream: becoming a hairstylist. As one of the few students rocking natural curls, I quickly stood out—not just for my coils, but for my passion for healthy, beautiful hair of all textures.

But here’s the thing—most curly hair products just didn’t cut it. So when someone casually said, “Why don’t you just make your own?” something clicked. And I did.

Fast forward 19 years—and 13 curl-loving formulas later—Curl Junkie® is still going strong. Powered by clean ingredients, expert care, and real results, our products are made for every woman who wants to love her texture, her way.

And now, I've taken that same love for texture, personality, and self-expression from the bathroom mirror to the bookshelf. I Love Every Curl on Your Head is my debut children’s book—a joyful, curl-celebrating story written to uplift little ones and help them see the beauty in every strand.
