Shipping policy

Please Note - Please be sure your shipping address is CORRECT. Once your order is submitted it may be quickly and automatically filled with no way to make corrections. In such cases, or when an incorrect address is entered and an order is returned to us, an additional shipping fee will be assessed in order to reship, or you can request a refund minus actual shipping costs once we receive the return. All sales are final. There are no refunds on opened items. Refunds on unopened items will be minus shipping costs. Our contact email in such cases is: info@curljunkie.com. No PO Boxes please. 

 

We currently only ship within the United States. Our fulfillment service currently uses their choice of DHL, UPS, USPS, and Fedex (though it is usually DHL/USPS for standard) and your order will be shipped via one of these methods. All orders of in-stock merchandise are usually shipped within 1-2 business days of order receipt unless otherwise specified. This is our standard procedure and not a guarantee. Standard transit times range on average 3-8 business days. Expedited transit times range on average 2-3 business days. Although we place a high priority on getting your order shipped as soon as possible, please note we make no guarantees as Covid, large orders, seasonal peaks, severe weather conditions or other circumstances may sometimes delay shipping. If your address is to a forwarding service (International or Domestic) you take the risk of not receiving your order as there have been problems with such services in the past and we do not provide refunds if we have proof of delivery to the address provided. Any issues/claims must be emailed to us within 20 days of order placement for assessment.

Other Shipping Information

All the above carriers no longer guarantee shipping times. Once the carrier receives the package, we have no control over the actual delivery time it may take to be delivered. We declare that once the package has been handed to the shipping carrier that liability of the package no longer lies with Curl Junkie Hair Products LLC. We are therefore not liable for lost or stolen merchandise. Curl Junkie Hair Products LLC will not refund or reship any package that has been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier even if recipient claims non-receipt. It is possible that the package was left with neighbors, between the doors, etc. We suggest that the recipient contact the delivering carrier to verify where parcel was placed. Curl Junkie Hair Products LLC has no control over a carrier's decision if your location is considered "safe" to leave a package. If this happens the carrier (UPS) will leave a notice notifying you that an attempt was made for delivery. You must follow the carrier's directions on the notice for delivery of your package. If any package is returned to Curl Junkie Hair Products LLC for any reason (such as an inaccurate shipping address), a $3 per item restocking fee plus shipping & handling charges will be deducted from your refund. If you then wish to have us re-ship the item(s), you must pay for the new shipping & handling charges prior to shipment.

Deadlines

During the holiday seasons, we will post a suggested final date to place orders using various shipping methods. This information is provided by our carriers and is in no way a "guarantee" that your package will arrive in time for that holiday. This is simply a courtesy we provide. To alleviate this possible disappointment, we would strongly encourage you to have your orders placed earlier than the suggested final date. Thank you for your understanding.



Please be sure to double check your address as once your order is submitted it is processed quickly and shipped. If you enter the wrong address and your order has shipped you will be responsibly for any fees for redirecting or reshipping your order starting at $10. In such cases, we do not offer refunds.



Our goal is to process all orders within 1-2 business days of receipt. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 10:00AM - 4:00PM EST, excluding holidays).
