Refund policy

Please Note - Please be sure your shipping address is CORRECT. Once your order is submitted it may be quickly and automatically filled with no way to make corrections, so cancellations are not possible. In such cases, or when an incorrect address is entered and an order is returned to us, an additional shipping fee will be assessed in order to reship, or you can request a refund minus actual shipping costs once we receive the return. All sales are final. There are no refunds on opened items. If an exception is made and a return is accepted it will only be on unopened items and will be minus shipping costs and must be mailed to us at your expense via a track-able method. All Digital Downloads are final and no refunds are possible. You will be able to download up to 2 times.

For the safety of all of our customers, we cannot accept exchanges or returns as we cannot verify if the product was opened and/or used. There are no refunds/returns on opened merchandise. However, if we sent you the wrong item, please contact customer service at info@curljunkie.com within 10 business days of receipt to arrange for a re-shipment of your corrected order at our expense. You must ship the incorrect item back to us in its original packaging with your packing slip enclosed. Once we verify that the item(s) was incorrect, we will reship the correct item(s).

 

Damaged in Shipping

If your shipment was damaged in transit, contact customer service at info@curljunkie.com and we will gladly arrange to send you a replacement. Please send us a picture of the damage with your email. You must ship the damaged item back to us in its original packaging with your packing slip enclosed. Once we verify that the item(s) were damaged, we will reship the correct item(s). Any product(s) returned must follow our Return policy above.

 

Back Orders

In the unlikely event that any items in your order are unavailable for immediate delivery, we will ship the remainder of your order immediately and ship the balance when it becomes available (with no additional shipping charges).

 

Order Cancellation

Orders may possibly be canceled at any time prior to shipment if it can be caught in time (usually within a 30min window of placing the order), but since orders ship very quickly you should try to contact customer service ASAP. If you would like to cancel your order you must send an email to info@curljunkie.com. Once orders are processing and/or shipped the sale is considered final and cannot be canceled. If it can be cancelled, please allow 3-5 business days for the credit/refund to be applied to your credit card. If using Paypal, the credit/refund will be issued within 1 business day.

 

Hair products are not considered perishable but may be damaged by weather and temperature extremes. Please ship to an address where your products will NOT be left out to bake, freeze, or be exposed to inclement weather. Damage from inclement weather as well as excessive heat and/or freezing is not covered by Curljunkie.com/Curl Junkie Hair Products LLC or the carrier. Weather and temperature damages are your responsibility.
